I aim to post within 48hrs of purchase - using Royal Mail (Parcelforce for larger packages)

Option only for UK shipping but I am happy to post further afield. Please drop me an email. I'll update on website soon-ish on posting Worldwide and EU

I source and reuse packaging but anything new is recyclable

Each item is beautifully unique and handmade - not factory perfect so please read descriptions of the size, glaze, and details and view photos with care

I package carefully but if an item arrives damaged in transit please contact me within 7 days and I will replace ASAP

Any other returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt. The postage and package for safe return will need to be covered by you. I will refund when the item returns in saleable condition back with me. Please email if this is the case.
